This site itself does not collect personal data. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, embeds no third-party content and has no forms, accounts or newsletter.

Server logs

As with any website, the hosting provider automatically records technical request data (IP address, time, page requested, browser information) for a limited period in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. This data is not used to identify or profile visitors.

Email

If you write to hello@hanamelsystems.com, your address and message are used only to answer you and are not shared with anyone else. You can ask for your messages to be deleted at any time.

Purchases

Hanamel products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Checkout takes place on Lemon Squeezy's pages, and your payment details are processed by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms and privacy policy. Hanamel Systems never sees your card or bank details.

After a purchase, Lemon Squeezy passes on your name, email address, country and order details so that your licence can be delivered and supported. This information is used for nothing else and is not shared with anyone else.

Proposals board

The proposals board at hanamelsystems.fider.io is hosted by Fider. Reading it requires no sign-in. To post, vote or comment you sign in there with an email address and a display name; these, and anything you post, are stored by Fider. Posts, votes and display names are public. Email addresses are not shown to other visitors and are used only for sign-in and for notifications about posts you follow.

Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you and have it corrected or deleted at any time by writing to the address above.

Changes

This notice will be updated before any new processing begins, for example if a mailing list or analytics are added.
